Soorty Enterprises Denim Unit 08 has achieved ISO 14064-1:2018 certification for carbon management, covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This milestone builds on the company’s earlier validation under the Science Based Targets initiative and reflects continued progress in tracking and managing emissions in alignment with international standards.
The certification process involved a detailed assessment of operations, rigorous data collection, and the implementation of structured systems to monitor, report, and reduce GHG emissions. A recognition event was held at Unit 08 to acknowledge the cross-functional efforts involved. Work continues toward ambitious emissions targets, supported by technology, systems improvements, and industry collaboration.
