Soorty Textiles (BD) Limited was incorporated in Dhaka, Bangladesh as a private company. The Company has set up its factory in the Comilla Export Processing Zone. The principal business activity of the company is to be a 100% export-oriented Garment Company in Bangladesh.
Our certified factory in Bangladesh is an environmentally friendly location that we work to improve every year. As a certified Leed factory, we owe it to our customers, clients, and the environment to reduce energy and water usage.
SOORTY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (SIL)
Soorty International Limited was incorporated in Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE. The principal business objective of the company is trading in textile related products and services and to act as marketing arm for the Soorty Group.

NNBV is a Research, Development and Design office in Amsterdam; the heart of the European denim scene. Here our customers can view our latest collections, find inspirational pieces from our design teams, and discuss their denim needs with our Dutch designers and developers.
NASDA SOLUTIONS TEKSTIL S.A.S. (NST)
To further strengthen our product, a product development center in Turkey was established which has proved a driving force in transferring expertise and knowledge.

NASDA Green Energy Limited (NASDA)
Our commitment to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint has led us to venture into the renewable energy sector with the establishment of a state-of-the-art 50 MW wind farm – NASDA Green Energy Limited. Leveraging our experience in innovation, we aim to harness the power of wind to produce clean and renewable energy.
Liberty Powertech Limited (LPTL)
Liberty Power Limited (Liberty Power Tech) runs a 200MW power plant in Faisalabad based on Residual Fuel Oil. The Company operates in the regulated power sector. The principal activity of the Company is to produce electricity and sell it to the Government of Pakistan through National Grid.
Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited (PABC)
Established in 2014, Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Ltd. has a state-of-the-art facility in Faisalabad with a rated capacity of 700 million cans per year and a 10-year tax holiday. It has captured the entire market in Pakistan and more than half in Afghanistan and is expanding into new markets, including the USA, Tajikistan, and Bangladesh.

Pakistan Oxygen is a public company listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange. Pak Oxygen provides a diversified product portfolio and is principally engaged in the manufacturing of industrial and medical gases, welding electrodes and marketing of medical equipment.
Lakson Private Equity Fund (OMI HOSPITAL)
Lakson Private Equity Fund (LPEF) is an unlisted close ended Private Equity Fund created by Lakson Investments Limited. LPEF has further invested these funds in OMI Hospital (OMI).

The Soorty Foundation (TSF) was formed to continue the philanthropic work of the Soorty family and turn their dream of a world without suffering into a reality.
The foundation strives to create a meaningful impact in the lives of people both locally and globally, working towards a better tomorrow by supporting organizations and initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The Grantor division aims to uplift the lives of Pakistanis by providing funds to individuals and credible organizations, focusing on sectors such as education, healthcare, employment, and training programs to address the socio-economic challenges faced in the country.
Savaira – another division of TSF – is an initiative that addresses the dire need for affordable and accessible quality mental health care in Pakistan. It aims to create access, education, and quality models for behavioral health, overcome stigma, and build healthy behaviors within individuals, families, and communities.
