Soorty. recently hosted a hands-on Design Thinking workshop for its Executive Leadership Team (ELT), aimed at equipping senior leaders with structured tools for problem-solving and innovation. The session introduced practical techniques to identify root causes, define problem statements, and explore actionable, user-centered solutions.
Participants were divided into teams and worked through real-world challenges using a step-by-step methodology. The workshop emphasized collaboration, critical thinking, and creative evaluation, helping leaders apply design thinking principles within their operational and strategic contexts. This learning intervention supports Soorty’s focus on enhancing leadership capabilities through practical, forward-looking approaches.
