Soorty recently conducted Worker Management Council (WMC) elections at Unit 08, reinforcing our commitment to worker representation and inclusive decision-making. Through a transparent nomination and balloting process, employees elected both male and female representatives to serve as a bridge between the workforce and management.
These in-house councils play a key role in facilitating open communication, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a culture of accountability. By formalizing channels for dialogue, the WMC helps ensure that worker voices are heard and integrated into ongoing efforts to improve workplace conditions and operational outcomes.
