As part of the PRISM Project in collaboration with NOWPDP, Soorty Enterprises is conducting sign language training for employees across relevant departments. The training is designed to improve communication between hearing-impaired team members and their colleagues, and to support more effective day-to-day collaboration.
In addition to basic sign language instruction, the sessions include workplace-specific vocabulary and interaction scenarios. These trainings are part of a broader effort to build practical tools for inclusion, with a focus on communication, understanding, and shared responsibility at the team level.
