As part of our continued focus on building a collaborative and connected workplace, Soorty hosted a group-wide learning initiative titled Building Community at Work. Designed to enhance teamwork and strengthen our organizational culture, the session invited employees from across all units to reflect on how community involvement can support team effectiveness and foster a sense of shared purpose.
The training included interactive components like a tower-building activity, a highlight that brought learning objectives to life through hands-on collaboration. Participants practiced values-based teamwork, honed their communication skills, and explored strategies for overcoming team-based challenges.
